Timothy Bartels

Timothy was born Aug. 18, 1964, in Waukesha, Wis., son of the late Fred and Nancy (Orgas) Bartels.

A supervisor at Grede Foundry for over 30 years, he married Theresa Cross on June 17, 1995, in Pembine, Wis.

An avid Packers fan, Timothy enjoyed hunting, fishing, and following Michigan college sports, especially the Michigan Wolverines and MSU Spartans. Most of all, he enjoyed attending his grandchildren’s sporting events; he loved his family.

Timothy is survived by his loving wife, Theresa; his son, Adam Bartels; his daughter, Amanda (Pete Cram) Bartels; a sister, Tammy Schwind; four grandchildren, Brayden, Kaylee, Brantley and Weston; and several nieces and nephews.

In addition to his parents, Timothy was preceded in death by a brother, Mike Bartels.

A visitation will be from 5 to 7 p.m. on Thursday, Oct. 2, at the Erickson-Rochon & Nash Funeral Home in Iron Mountain.
