June D. Bouty

She was born on June 30, 1923, in Wilson, daughter of the late Jesse and Exena (Nault) Bellefeuil. On April 17, 1947, she married the late Edmond “Ed” A. Bouty at St. Francis Xavier Church in Spalding.

June loved being in the kitchen, especially making her famous apple pies to give to others. She also loved all children, and of course spending time with all her grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

She is survived by five children, Jim (Sandi) Bouty, Richard (Paula) Bouty, Mary Bouty, Mike (Pam) Bouty and Cindy (Tim) Meiner; nine grandchildren; 19 great-grandchildren as well as many nieces and nephews.

June was preceded in death by her parents; her husband of 64 years; a son, Thomas Bouty; a daughter, Janet Robinson; and her siblings, May Slone, Harvey Bellefeuil, Joyce Bero, Arlene LaBre, Norbert Bellefeuil, Raymond Bellefeuil, Kenneth Bellefeuil and William Bellefeuil.

Friends may call from 10 to 11 a.m. Friday, Oct. 24, 2025, at St. John Neumann Church in Spalding. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 11 a.m. Friday at church with Father Benny Mathew officiating. Burial will follow Mass in the Spalding Township Cemetery. A luncheon will be held in the church parish hall.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in her name and envelopes will be provided at the church.
