APPLETON, Wis. — Marsha R. Loeffelholz-Doser, 75, of Appleton, Wis., passed away peacefully on Tuesday, Nov. 18, 2025.
She was born on Jan. 11, 1950, in Potosi, Wis., to the late Bernard and Dorothy (Henge) Doser. Marsha graduated from High School in Dubuque, Iowa.
Marsha dedicated her career to caring for others as a CNA, earning numerous Caring Heart Awards in recognition of her compassion, kindness, and devotion to those she served. A generous supporter of many charitable causes, she held a special place in her heart for Shriners. Marsha enjoyed reading, movies and watching Fox News. Above all, she treasured time spent with her family — her greatest joy and proudest accomplishment.
Marsha is survived by her children, John Ruzzicone (significant other Melissa Ann Wells) and Rochelle Ruzzicone; grandchildren Anthony Ruzzicone (significant other Mari Lopez), Dominic Ruzzicone, Darien Ruzzicone, Izabella “Izzie” Ruzzicone (significant other Ben Pease); her siblings, Greg (Jackie) Doser, Barbara (Tom) Hocking, and Brenda Doser; father of her children, John Ruzzicone Sr.; her sister-in-law, Jeannie Doser; and many nieces, nephews, relatives, and friends.
She is preceded in death by her parents, Bernard and Dorothy Doser; her brother, Gene Doser; and her adopted-in-heart son, Michael Hoover.
Per Marsha’s wishes, a private family service will happen at a later date.
