Bonnie St. Vincent

NORWAY — Bonnie Mae St. Vincent, 78, of Norway, passed away Monday, Dec. 22, 2025, at Maryhill Manor in Niagara, Wis. with her loving family by her side.

She was born on April 15, 1947 at the Penn Hospital in Norway, the eldest daughter of the late Clayton and Eleanor (Jarley) Paul.

Bonnie grew up in Norway, and graduated from Norway High School in 1965.

She married her high school sweetheart Douglas St. Vincent, on June 19, 1965, and together they raised six children.

Bonnie always strived for perfection; from the cleanliness of her home, her outfits, her appearance, to caring for her children and grandchildren, she did it all with grace, dedication, and an unwavering attention to detail. Hand her over a baby and she was in heaven, bring her an animal and she would melt, just don’t bring dirt to her floors — or you would hear about it.

She enjoyed coffee with friends, shopping for antiques, and sweets.

She was kind to everyone she met.

Bonnie traveled frequently throughout the years to visit her oldest and dearest friend, Susie Oberthaler and her husband, David both in the states and abroad including visits to Germany and Italy.

Bonnie worked at JCPenney in Kingsford for several years, where she made many friends and truly enjoyed her coworkers and helping customers.

Bonnie loved her husband, children, and grandchildren dearly and was a constant presence in their lives. She will be greatly missed by all.

Bonnie is survived by her children, Scott (Cheri Ann) St. Vincent, Lauri (Jim) Gustafson, Christopher (Danielle) St. Vincent, Wendy St. Vincent, Eric (Kristen) St. Vincent and Traci (Mark) Moraska; grandchildren, Daniel, Stephen, Hunter, Tayler, Ashley, Briant, Alivia, Alex, Emily, Kurtis, Tori, Lindsey, Charlie, Alexis, Lila and Leo; great-grandchildren, Hank, Angelo, Alonzo, Lorenzo, Stella, Kai, Lucille, and Lorraine; siblings, Clayton Jr. Paul, Mary Ann Dierkens-Clark and Jane Podgornik; many nieces and nephews, and lifelong friend, Susie Oberthaler.

She was preceded in death by her husband of 56 years, Douglas; parents, Clayton and Eleanor Paul and brothers, Gary Paul and Richard Paul.

Family will greet friends from 1 to 2 p.m. Friday, Jan. 9, at the Ortman Funeral Home in Norway.

A memorial service will be at 2 p.m. Friday at the Ortman Funeral Home, with Fr. Abraham Mupparathara, pastor of St. Mary’s Church in Norway, officiating.

Interment will be held in the spring at the Norway Township Cemetery.
