David Heikkinen

He was born on Sept. 20, 1955, in Crystal Falls, to the late Edward and Edna (Payne) Heikkinen.

David is survived his wife, Dona Heikkinen; children Kati (Justin) Nantelle, Denell (Rick) Boehmke and Brian (Tanya) Parson; grandchildren River Nantelle, Freya Nantelle, Landyn Nantelle, Mollie Boehmke, Gage Boehmke, Brian Parson Jr., Shae Parson and Laycee Parson; great-grandchildren Mikayla, Tyler and Sophia; and brothers Larry (Yvonne) Heikkinen, Gary (Vicky) Heikkinen, Michael (Colleen) Heikkinen, Denny James and Jerry Davidson.

Visitation will be held from 9:30 until 10:30 a.m., on Friday, March 1, at Jacobs-Plowe Funeral Home in Crystal Falls. Prayers will be recited at 10:30 a.m. at the funeral home. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 11 a.m. on Friday at Guardian Angels Catholic Church in Crystal Falls, with Father Dan Dapaah officiating. Burial will be in the spring in Evergreen Cemetery.
