Bruce LeBlanc
NORWAY — Bruce Andrew LeBlanc, 61, of Norway, passed away Sunday, March 15, 2026, during a historic blizzard, a day as memorable and unique as the life he lived. Bruce was in hospice care, where he was comforted and cared for by his devoted daughter and son-in-law.
He was born on Sept. 20, 1964, in Salem, Mass., the son of the late Raphael and Patricia (O’Rouke) LeBlanc. His family moved to Iowa, then to Wisconsin, where he graduated in 1983 from Greenwood High School.
Throughout his life he lived in some areas on the East Coast and the West Coast before moving to Michigan for his final spot.
He worked as a truck driver, as a ranch hand on a farm and also did some manufacturing jobs.
Bruce worked at Grant Elementary in Marshfield with special needs children and also a year as a stay-at-home dad.

He was married twice, including a 34-year marriage to Pamela LeBlanc.
Bruce had an adventurous spirit and a deep love for the open road. He was a natural “tinker” who famously believed there wasn’t a problem in the world that couldn’t be solved with a little bit of duct tape. Beyond his handiness, he had a soft heart for animals and was known for his unwavering work ethic, providing for his family until a garage fire incident led to his early retirement.
Bruce is survived by his daughter, Danielle (Dale) Hebert, their children, Angel and Gauge Hebert; daughter, Brittney LeBlanc; and stepson, Josh (Ashley) Zink and their children, Otto and Lars Zink; his former wife, Pamela LeBlanc; brother Brian (Karen) LeBlanc; sister-in-law Kate LeBlanc; and nieces and nephews Cody, Ashley and Barry, Jessica and Robbie LeBlanc.
He was preceded in death by his brother, Al LeBlanc.
In accordance with Bruce’s final wishes, no formal funeral services will be held.
Condolences to the family of Bruce may be expressed online at www.ortmanfuneralhome.com.
Arrangements were made with the Ortman Funeral Home in Norway.
