James Dunkel
FLORENCE, Wis. — James Richard Dunkel, of Florence, Wis., was called to Heaven by his Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ, on Friday, April 17, 2026.
Funeral services will be held Saturday, April 25, at St. John’s Lutheran Church in Florence. Visitation will begin at 9 a.m. until the time of service at 11 a.m., with Pastor Jason Liebenow presiding.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorials be directed to the Florence County Library Fund, a tribute to James’s love for reading, community, and service.
The family has entrusted the Nash Funeral Home of Crystal Falls with the arrangements.
