Susan West

Susan was a wonder-filled and deeply creative woman of faith. She lived her life with fearless adventure and a radiant spirit that turned strangers into lifelong friends wherever she went.

Susan will be deeply missed by her son, Jason, a/k/a Jay, (Kaye) West; her grandchildren, Colby (Logan Erickson) West, Lauren (Brady) WestRounds, Michael (Sarah) Wolf, Jay (fiancee Samantha) Wolf, and Andrew (Melissa) Wolf; her great-grandchildren, Kenli Erickson, Ryder and Leo Wolf, and Orion Voss. She is also survived by her brother and sister-in-law, Don and Wendy Halle; Laura (Josh) West Kralcik; and many cherished cousins and friends.

Susan was preceded in death by her husband, Arlyn “Butch” West; her son, Jared C. West; and her parents, Donald and Dorothy Halle.

There will be a celebration of Susan’s life on May 16 at Isherwood Hall, 5604 Isherwood Road, Plover, WI 54467. We will gather at 11 a.m. for visitation followed by a memorial service at noon. Lunch — Susan West style — will be served immediately following the service.

In lieu of flowers, charitable donations to the Ronald McDonald House would make Susan’s heart smile.
