Sarah L. Sliva

Sarah was born Jan. 25, 1970, in Milwaukee, the daughter of James and Karen (Nelson) Maki.

She married Craig Sliva in San Antonio, Texas, in 1995.

Sarah worked in housekeeping at the Iron County Medical Care Facility for over 26 years and enjoyed hunting, fishing, and riding her motorcycle. Most of all, she loved spending time with her family, especially her granddaughter.

Along with her parents, Sarah is survived by her husband, Craig; a son, Matt Sliva; her granddaughter, Leilani Sliva; two brothers, Jamie (Desiree) Maki and Jeremy (Christina) Maki; and her in-laws, Robert John and Susan Faye Sliva.

She is preceded in death by her twin sister, Sally.

A graveside service for Sarah will be at the Amasa Cemetery on Saturday, June 27, at 10 a.m.
