NORWAY -- Teresa Moraska, 73, passed away peacefully after a courageous battle with cancer on Tuesday, Sept. 22, 2026, at INOVA Fairfax Hospital in Fairfax, Va.
She was born Oct. 24, 1952, in Norway, the daughter of Carol (Vermeulen) Moraska and the late John Moraska.
Teresa graduated from Norway High School in 1970 and attended the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee.
She began her early career in Milwaukee, in communications and practicing as a real estate agent, later earning an ISSA wellness diploma to work as a fitness coach and trainer.
She later relocated to Virginia, where she worked in journalism with the Washington Business Journal before launching her career as an international entrepreneur and expanding her corporate footprint to Fairfax and Houston.
Teresa was a visionary entrepreneur passionate about health, Green Energy, and global peace. She was the founder and CEO of "Warrior Communications," creator of the "Breakfast of Leaders," and president of Pan Pacific Finance Group.
Outgoing and vibrant, Teresa loved running marathons and hosting events for charities such as: The Make-A-Wish Foundation in her earlier years.
Teresa is survived by her mother, Carol Moraska of Norway; sister Sue Moraska of Houston; brothers David Moraska of Iron Mountain and Mark Moraska of Kingsford; and many beloved nieces, nephews, cousins, friends, and colleagues.
Teresa was preceded in death by her father, John Moraska.
The family extends heartfelt thanks to the INOVA Fairfax Hospital care team in Fairfax.
In accordance with Teresa's wishes, a private burial will be held at a later date at the Norway Township Cemetery.
