NORWAY -- Jason Robert Kuehl, 29, of Norway, died Sunday, Oct. 4, 2026, from a tragic accident that occurred on Sept. 29, 2026, in Negaunee.
Jason was born on July 10, 1997, in Milwaukee, the son of Robert Kuehl Jr. and Vicki (Eggleston) Kuehl.
He graduated from Norway High School in 2015, where he was an outstanding saxophonist for the school and local bands.
Jason worked as a delivery truck driver for Logixster and most recently Dohrn Transfer Co. He loved driving and got his CDL-A license the day of his accident.
In his free time, Jason loved playing his saxes and video games, listening to music from all genres and conversing with his many local and internet friends.
Jason was a kind, warm and loving individual who always wanted to show people he cared. His smile and hugs were infectious. Jason was an organ donor, even at death, he wanted to help everyone he could.
Jason is survived by his parents, Rob and Vicki Kuehl; his half-brothers, Matthew (Brittany) Missimer and Michael (Kristin) Missimer; half-sisters Amber (Andy) Anderson and Krystal Kuehl; uncles Ken (Deb) Kuehl and Mike (Deb) Eggleston; cousin Nathan (Stephanie) Kuehl and their children, Ethan, Evelyn and Ellory; cousins Katie (Kim) Erickson, Evan Kuehl, Robert Eggleston and Mike Eggleston Jr.; and great aunt Shirley Krasovich.
Family will greet friends on Saturday, Nov. 7, from 10 a.m. to noon at Our Redeemer Lutheran Church in Kingsford.
A Memorial Service will be held on Saturday, Nov. 7, at noon at the church, with the Rev. Matthew Ruesch officiating.
