CRYSTAL FALLS — On Nov. 24, 2025, Daniel Mylander, 74, of Crystal Falls, passed away at his winter home in Surprise, Ariz., after a courageous battle with cancer, with his wife of 30 years, Kathleen Paulson, at his side. Dan was born in Chicago, Illinois, on Sept. 30, 1951, to Marilyn (Erickson) and Marvin Mylander. He was raised in Escanaba, and graduated from the Escanaba Area High School in 1969.
