Mary was born on July 28, 1947, in Iron Mountain, daughter of the late Dorothy and Louie Fontecchio, and graduated from Florence High School in 1965. She married John C. Dulan on March 2, 1968, at American Martyrs Catholic Church. Johnny and Mary enjoyed raising their many beagles. They would also go trout fishing together; Mary loved fly fishing for the brookies.
