Visitation will be held on Saturday, Aug. 31, 2024, from 9 to 10:45 a.m. at the Erickson-Rochon & Nash Funeral Home in Iron Mountain. KINGSFORD — Ryan Charles Shaw, 49, of Kingsford, was called home to God on Wednesday, Aug. 7, 2024. Ryan was the son of Charles (Sandy) Shaw and Siri Trumble. Visitation will be at Our Saviour’s Lutheran Church in Iron Mountain on Saturday, Aug. 31, 2024, from 10 a.m. to noon with funeral services immediately following at the church. Rev. Dr. Nicholas Hopman will officiate. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Wounded Warrior Project in memory of Ryan. The family has entrusted the Erickson-Rochon & Nash Funeral Home of Iron Mountain with the arrangements.

RALPH — Richard Norman Skogman, 62, of Ralph died unexpectedly on Friday, Aug. 23, 2024, at his home in Ralph. Visitation will be from 9 to 11 a.m. Friday, Aug. 30, at the Zion Lutheran Church in Metropolitan. Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. at the church with Rev. Lee Liverance officiating. IRON RIVER — Rex L. Dye, 101, of Iron River, passed away on Tuesday, Aug. 20, 2024, at the Iron County Medical Care Facility in Crystal Falls. Visitation will be from 10:30 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Tuesday, Sept. 3, 2024, at the Jacobs Funeral Home of Iron River. Funeral services will follow at 2 p.m. with Pastor Dan Waters to officiate. Interment will be in Bates Township Cemetery. The West Side Veterans will accord Military Rites at the graveside.
