Please do not pick on those folks who followed Donald Trump. These folks were duped and that can happen to nearly anyone. Now with the mountains of evidence pouring forth publicly, some of them are beginning to see the real light and your rubbing salt in their wounds is not going to help and in fact is kind of mean. Just say nothing and let them fix it in November in the voting booth. They can go in there and in private come back onto the paved section of life’s road.

Now, not everyone is seeing the truth, and in fact even if they do, they can’t admit it. Might be pride or just plain stubborn. Does it matter?

And of course, there is one more answer. As a mental health professional (retired), I will share a technical term that explains it. You can’t fix stupid. Nothing more true was ever said.
