With the political divide in this country at an all-time high and, understandably, many believing we are too fractured to ever unite again, please keep the following factual story in mind. When ultra-conservative the Rev. Jerry Falwell passed away some years ago, a fellow reverend went on CNN and heaped praise upon the Rev. Falwell and spoke of him admirably. He stated he didn’t like having the late reverend on his radio show for the simple reason that when it was time to go on the staff would have to go find him, as he would be walking throughout the building talking to people and getting to know them. And the name of the reverend who spoke highly of the Rev. Falwell? Ultra-liberal the Rev. Al Sharpton.
