The Partners of the Jake Menghini Memorial Museum in Norway wish to thank the community for their support during their recent Taste of Chocolate fundraiser. In particular, we extend heartfelt appreciation to Norway’s senior citizens for allowing us to use their facility on Main Street for the event. Also, a big thanks to all the media for broad and effective coverage, to the businesses that donated prizes and allowed us to post our signs, to the wonderful cooks of Norway that donated cookies and other treats to sell, and to those who showed appreciation for their efforts by enjoying fellowship, purchasing, and helping our museum stay viable.

Winners of the Basket Raffles are: American Girl Doll, Kris Bal; Cash Basket, Marion Pollard; Wine Basket, Sue Dala Valle; Christmas Basket, Gaylene Zeihne; Thanksgiving Basket, Jan Johnson; Night Out Basket, Hope Ann Blagec. Door prize winners were Trisha Peterson and Dorothy Stanford.

As everyone enjoyed guessing the use of antique kitchen items, the winners were: polenta stir stick, Sue Giesen; table crumb butler, Ann Dames; pasta cutter, Kelly Hayes; refrigerator jars, Carla Revello; blueberry picker, Alice Lemieux.
