Bouquet: Much praise and many thanks go out to the Dickinson County Community Chorus for the outstanding Christmas concert presented on Nov. 28 and 29. Director Crystal Hogan and every member of the chorus worked many hours, starting in September, to prepare this annual production. With a full house both nights, I believe the 1,200-plus people who attended this great Christmas musical celebration would join me in expressing my gratitude for a truly beautiful and meaningful experience. Thank you, all you hard-working singers and instrumentalists, for providing the people of Dickinson County with the best holiday presentation we could possibly enjoy. Finally, special thanks for the performance by the children’s choir, directed by Dawn Kranz, which added a wonderful element to the concert. I hope you will keep this tradition alive for many years to come, because you introduce us to the Christmas season in the best way we could hope for.
