The American decline is accelerating due to faulty leadership by the Federal Reserve and Washington bureaucrats. We made the mistake six and a half years ago by listening to showboat politicians. America was never as important to them as their own careers are, they continue down the same road.

Another disaster is unfolding on the “front page” Trump and “violation of the law” Hillary. Why are we so gullible? The major question now is whether the FBI will follow the logic of the law and hold Hillary accountable the way it has so many others.

We are suckers again if we think Trump is believable and the Obama/Iran arrangement is the best we could expect. Both countries’ representatives lack trust otherwise the deal would be a slam dunk. Iran as a country has sinister leaders and policies, while the American government continues straight arming taxpayers with dubious rules and regulations beneficial to big government. Our sorry liberal media follows Washington by circumventing the truth and therefore encouraging our economic regression.

There was an article in the Wall Street Journal on Aug. 21, 2015, by Mortimer Zuckerman that mentioned a distinct loss of confidence of where we are headed in America.

“America’s overall fiscal health is similarly alarming. We have staggering budget deficits and future obligations to retirees that will result in a steady, unsustainable increase in federal debt. Social Security payments will soon outpace payroll tax revenues, and the fund is expected to bottom out in less than 20 years. A day of reckoning is coming to America’s political leaders who have shamefully neglected entitlement reform, more concerned about protecting their political futures than safeguarding the nation for future generations.”

Our troubles begin and end with politicians. Many like the Clintons defy the law and aren’t honorable. She thinks rules don’t apply to her. She is a champion of misleading statements or flat out lies. She is diminishing her standing with voters and damaging her reputation. She has no one to blame but herself.

Our country has lost its confidence. American pride in the quality of its leadership is nonexistent along with the respect of the world. We have become a second-rate world power.
