MARQUETTE — Carter Kreski scored two goals and Kingsford edged winless Bay City 3-2 in high school hockey Saturday.

Kreski’s first goal evened the score at 1-1 in the second period. The sophomore added a third-period goal for a 3-1 lead.

David Brule also scored for the Flivvers (6-4). Trey Bociek had two assists.

Kingsford sophomore goalie Ian Anderson stopped 14 shots. The Flivvers had 25 shots on goal.

Bay City (0-11), which lost to Marquette 8-0 on Friday, closed to 3-2 on a power play goal.

The Flivvers travel to Saginaw this weekend, meeting Davison on Friday and Saginaw Heritage on Saturday.
