MADISON, Wis. — Florence High School senior Tristen Mascarette lost in the semifinals Friday night in the 76th annual WIAA Individual Wrestling Championship Tournament at the University of Wisconsin.

Mascarette posted a 5-0 decision over Mason Lull of Fennimore in a Division 3 120-pound quarterfinal Friday morning.

In the semifinals, Manny Drexler of Stratford downed Mascarette 6-3.

Mascarette (40-6) dropped to the consolation bracket where he can still emerge with a third in today’s matches.
