IM’s Mongrain named to softball squad
CALUMET — Iron Mountain Claire Mongrain has been named to the All-West PAC softball first-team.
Mountaineers teammate Jorden Stoner received honorable mention.
Negaunee swept the big conference honors — Hannah Voskuhl, player of the year; Skylar Hall, pitcher of the year; and Randy Carlson, coach of the year.
Other first-team players are Calumet’s Elli Djerf, Hancock’s Delaney Heinonen, Houghton’s Cassidy Becia, Westwood’s Ellie Miller and Natalie Prophet, and Negaunee’s Katlyn Lammi, Payton Drew and Abby Nelson.
