NIAGARA, Wis. — For the upcoming 2019 season, head coach Carol St. Arnauld expects her team to rely on its experience. Having only lost Annalise Colenso to graduation from last year’s team, the Lady Badgers have a plethora of players with multiple years of varsity experience.

Along with Racine and Gill, Jessica Oratch Isabel Wells, Olivia Brasure, Jaida Maki, Jayden Payette and Sydney Dunkes are returning seniors to the team. Juniors Faith Borchardt, Alyssa Cretton, Julia Brown, and also sophomore Bailey Pearson were all also letter winners last season as underclassmen.

“Our conference record was 8-8 last year,” said St. Arnauld. “We are looking to improve on that this season. Coming in with the experience we have, our enthusiasm is high for this coming season.”

She expects Crivitz and Oneida to be the teams to beat in the M & O conference.

St. Arnauld also said, “We have some high expectations for this season with the amount of experience we have. This group of girls have played together for many years and my staff and I anticipate great things from them.”
