Predators bow to Northland Pines
EAGLE RIVER, Wis. — Northern Elite fell behind early and dropped a 42-14 decision to Northland Pines in non-conference football Friday.
Landon Kalkofen got the Predators on the board with a 3-yard touchdown run in the second quarter and Josh Wallschlaeger scored on a 1-yard plunge in the fourth. Austin Plonke added a conversion run.
Kalkofen rushed for 179 yards and had an interception.
Northland Pine’s Ryan Peterson ran for 228 yards and three touchdowns.
The Predators (1-4) will host Coleman at 1 p.m. Saturday at Goodman.
