Niagara boys’ streak snapped

NIAGARA, Wis. — Struggling to score, Niagara had its three-game winning streak snapped in a 55-25 loss to Oneida Nation in M&O Conference boys basketball Friday.

Ty Colenso paced the Badgers (1-4, 3-5) with nine points and Dawson Lincoln totaled eight.

Oneida Nation (3-2. 5-3) led 28-11 at halftime. The Badgers had chances to close the gap at the free throw line, but converted just 7 of 19.

Niagara travels to Wausaukee on Tuesday.

The Niagara JVs won 30-26.
