Schuls’ 32 lifts Bobcat boys over Three Lakes

FLORENCE, Wis — Senior Kaden Schuls led all scorers with 32 points, as Florence wrapped up its Northern Lakes Conference season with a 73-63 win over Three Lakes here Monday night.

Logan Erikson led Three Lakes with 26 points, including six three-pointers.

“Overall a sloppy win, where we had to grind some things out when shots were not falling,” said Florence head coach Bryan Bomberg. “I thought after halftime we made some adjustments and got great looks at the rim.”

“I’m proud of our relentless effort and not giving up. I tip my hat to Three Lakes, they hit some tough outside shots tonight,” Bomberg said.

Florence improves to 16-5 on the season and remains home to wrap up the regular season as they host Forest Park on Thursday night in non-conference action.

The Bobcats JV defeated the Blue Jays 46-41. Cole Sweig and Dominic Axley each scored 12 points, while Dominic DeMuri added 11 points in the win.
