NORWAY — The Norway High School Athletic Booster Club made an announcement on the Norway-Vulcan Area Schools official Facebook page on Wednesday. The annual Hit em and Chase em Golf Outing at Oak Crest Golf Club, scheduled for Saturday, Aug. 15, has been cancelled.

This was the statement from the club:

“Due to the lack of volunteers and the increase of COVID-19 cases, the Norway High School Athletic Booster Club Golf Outing has been cancelled for this year. We appreciate your annual support for this event and look forward to hosting the event again next year.”
