NORWAY -- Norway rode long-range shooting to an early lead and a 65-38 win over Forest Park in Skyline Conference boys basketball Tuesday.
Logan Parolini led the Knights with 25 points, including four treys. Gannon Bray added 17 points, draining three triples.
"We are starting to build some team chemistry, which is huge," said Norway head coach Jeffrey Gallino. "We executed our offense and we were able to hit the open shot tonight. This a step in the right direction moving forward."
The Knights led 34-15 at halftime.
The Trojans, playing their second game in two nights, were led by 12 points apiece from Gavin Johnson and Gavin Rintala.
"We just couldn't string enough stops in a row to create a comeback. Give them credit they hit a lot of shots early and got us away from what we wanted to do," said Trojans head coach Kurt Lehmann.
Norway also won the jayvee game.
The Knights (3-2) will host North Central on Friday. Forest Park (2-1) is also at home Friday, entertaining Bark River-Harris.
