Four Flivvers earn GNC boys hoops honors
MARQUETTE – Kingsford landed three players on the Great Northern Conference boys basketball second team in league awards announced for the 2021 season.
Flivvers selected by conference coaches were senior Cole Bracket, junior Brody Kopp and sophomore Nick Nora.
Kingsford senior Andrew Paupore earned honorable mention.
Member schools within the GNC are Marquette, Escanaba, Gladstone, Kingsford and Menominee.
Marquette was well represented in the top tier of awards with Kameron Karp repeating as the GNC’s Player of the Year and teammates Ty Lotterman and Lincoln Sager earning All-GNC first team honors.
