CRYSTAL FALLS — The Forest Park Athletic Code meeting for all sports for the 2021-22 school year will be held at 6 p.m. Thursday, Aug. 5, in the multipurpose room.

All athletes in grades 6 through 12, as well as parents/guardians must attend if planning to participate during the next school year.

Athletes are reminded they must have a current physical examination card completed by the first day of practice, said Lisa Olson, athletic director.

First day of practices for fall sports are:

— Football, Monday, Aug. 9.

— Volleyball, Monday, Aug. 9.

— Girls junior high basketball, Monday, Aug. 23.
