IRON MOUNTAIN — Both Iron Mountain and Kingsford have schedule changes for upcoming high school football games.

The Flivvers’ home varsity game on Oct. 1 versus Luxemburg-Casco will begin at 7 p.m., an hour later than first scheduled, said Kingsford athletic director Chris Hartman.

On Thursday, the Flivver freshmen football team will travel to Iron Mountain to face the Mountaineer JV’s at 5:30 p.m. at Mountaineer Stadium. Both the Bark River-Harris JV and Escanaba freshmen canceled their respective games, setting up open dates for the twin city schools to schedule the contest.

Kingsford’s jayvee will host Escanaba as scheduled at 5:30 p.m. on Thursday at Flivver Field.
