ELCHO, Wis — In a Northern Lakes Conference match at Elcho, Florence prevailed 3-0 (25-15, 25-17, 25-19) on Tuesday night.

“I am really happy with the way we are spreading the ball around and becoming more balanced. Kamdan Johnson had a great night with six kills and one tip kill to complement Morgan Tomczak with nine kills and two tip kills,” said Florence head coach Teresa Chrisman.

“We are starting to see the floor better and are really meshing as a team, Maddie Johnson in particular is setting the ball where it needs to go. Elcho was scrappy and improved from the first time we saw them,” Chrisman added.

Maddie Johnson led the way with service points, as well as recording 100% serving. Isabella Millan and Kamden Johnson also had 100% serving for Florence.

The Ladycats host Carney-Nadeau on Thursday for Parents Night in a non-conference matchup.
