CARBONDALE, Ill. -- Foster Wonders of Iron Mountain scored six points in his Southern Illinois University men's basketball debut Monday.
The host Salukis defeated Little Rock 94-63 in their season opener as Wonders played 10 minutes off the bench. The redshirt freshman drained both of his three-point attempts and finished 2 of 4 shooting with one rebound.
Wonders scored eight points Oct. 29 in a 73-64 exhibition loss against No. 20 Alabama in Tuscaloosa.
Southern Illinois (1-0) travels to Oklahoma State tonight.
