FLORENCE, Wis -- Florence senior Morgan Tomczak was selected as the Northern Lakes co-player of the year in a recent vote of league volleyball coaches.
Laona/Wabeno senior Grace Krawze joined Tomczak in the honor. Both were unanimous choices to the league's first team, the only two players so honored.
Florence sophomore Kamdan Johnson, senior Leah Young and senior Maddie Johnson were all named to the second team.
Laona/Wabeno's Michelle Boor was named the coach of the year after guiding her team to the Northern Lakes Conference title.
