Little League, big hits!

NORWAY – Norway and Escanaba kicked off the Michigan District 10 Little League 11-12 All-Stars tournament at Marion Park in Norway on Friday, with the host team dominating Escanaba 22-0 in three innings.
In the night’s second game, Kingsford topped Iron Mountain 11-0 in four innings.
The Little League tournament continues Saturday, with Norway advancing to play Gladstone at 11 a.m. The winner of that game will then face Kingsford at 3 p.m. on Sunday.
And, in the consolation bracket, Iron Mountain will play Escanaba at 1 p.m. Saturday, with the winner advancing to play the loser of the Norway-Gladstone clash at 1 p.m. on Sunday.
