Iron Mountain, Norway and West Iron are in action Friday, while Kingsford, North Dickinson and North Central will play Saturday in the opening round of the MHSAA football playoffs.

West Iron at Bark River-Harris, 7 p.m. Friday

L’Anse at Iron Mountain, 6 p.m. Friday

8-player, Division 1

Bessemer at Norway, 6 p.m. Friday

8-player, Division 2

St. Ignace at North Dickinson, 1 p.m. Saturday

North Central at Lake Linden-Hubbell, 1 p.m. Saturday
