Niagara’s Sydney Swanson scored 23 points but it wasn’t enough as the Badgers fell to Suring 50-46 in M&O Conference girls basketball Monday.

The Eagles led the host Badgers 29-19 at halftime.

Bristol Sanicki added 10 points for Niagara and Lexi Johnston contributed six points. Elesia Sweig, three points, and Jaelyn Kleikamp and Alivia Kleikamp, two points each, rounded out the Badgers’ scoring.

Niagara converted 13 of 27 free throws.

Gracie Christensen led Suring with 17 points.
