Bluejays get past Lady Badgers
Niagara built a four-point halftime lead at home, but Three Lakes-Phelps rallied for a 60-56 girls basketball win Monday.
Sydney Swanson led the host Badgers with 25 points and Bristol Sanicki netted 17 points.
Malia Szews paced the Bluejays with 18 points. Paige Brafford scored all 16 of her points in the second half as Three Lakes-Phelps (7-3) outscored Niagara 30-22.
Alivia Kleikamp also hit double figures for the Badgers, with 10 points, and Jaelyn Kleikamp added four points.
The Badgers connected on seven 3-pointers — five by Sanicki, all in the first half, and two by Swanson.
Niagara was 11 of 17 from the free throw line while the visitors made 14 of 28.
Niagara (7-7) is set to host Gillett on Thursday.
