Norway's competitive cheer team is MHSAA district champion for a third straight year. With 11 teams competing at East Jordan, the Knights had a total score of 761.68 for the three rounds, which to date is their highest of the season. Munising placed second with a 690.58. Bark River-Harris took third with a 666.5, and fourth was Houghton Lake at 639.1. Norway is in Hudsonville today to compete in the regionals. The top four teams will move on to the state finals in Mount Pleasant.
