Forest Park took a 39-18 lead into halftime and went on to defeat North Central 80-38 in a Division 4 district semifinal Wednesday.

The Trojans (18-4) will host Norway (14-9) at 6 p.m. today in Eddie Chambers Gym.

North Central, which hosted Wednesday’s game, finishes at 9-13.

Dax Huuki led the point parade in Powers, shooting 69% from the floor and scoring 20. Lyle Price added 15 points and Vic Giuliani and Izaiah Tarter chipped in 13 apiece.

Also scoring were Jace Hagglund, seven points: Devin Koga, six; Eli Brozoznowski, four; and Dietrich Rasner, two.

Price had eight rebounds and six assists while Giuliani totaled six rebounds and four assists.
