Florence-Niagara posts top finishes at M&O track meet

Host Suring won the girls meet while the Coleman boys triumphed at the M&O Conference track meet Tuesday.
The Florence-Niagara (Northwoods Storm) girls placed fourth in the seven-team meet, while the Florence-Niagara boys were fifth.
Kelsi Chrisman paced the girls with wins in the 100-meter and 200-meter dashes and a third-place finish in the long jump.
The boys squad was led by wins in the 1600-meter and 3200-meter relays.
Northwoods Storm girls top finishers included:
100 Meters: Kelsi Chrisman placed first at 13.38 and Lily Steinbrecher was fourth.
200 Meters: Kelsi Chrisman placed first at 27.31
800 Meters: Ina Holt was second at 2:41.40
1600 Meters: Ina Holt was third at 6:00.55
3200 Meters: Ina Holt was second at 13:17.86
300m Hurdles: Gabby Prott was third at 57.46
4×100 Relay: Kelsi Chrisman, Tymarian Hannah, Lily Steinbrecher and Kylie Westrich placed third at 54.74
4×200 Relay: Alaina Cadiente, Brooke Bruemmer, Lily Steinbrecher and Tymarian Hannah placed second at 1:57.88
4×400 Relay: Brooke Bruemmer, Kylie Westrich, Gabby Prott and Delaney Donahue placed fourth at 5:04.30
Long Jump: Kelsi Chrisman placed third at 15-10
Top Northwoods Storm boys finishers included:
800 Meters: Christian Anderson, at 2:06.99, placed second and Clayton Schroeder was third.
1600 Meters: Jaxon Courts, at 5:02.45, was third.
3200 Meters: Jaxon Courts, at 11:07.74, was third.
4×400 Relay: Christian Anderson, Conner Guardiola, Zane Phillips and Clayton Schroeder placed first at 3:50.77
4×800 Relay: Christian Anderson, Zane Phillips, Jaxon Courts and Clayton Schroeder placed first at 9:07.38
