Evan Johnson, an Elmhurst University junior from Florence, Wis., finished the 2026 baseball season with a flurry, going 7-for-10 at the plate in a doubleheader at North Central Illinois.

Johnson raised his season batting average to .348, which led the team.

The Bluejays compete in NCAA Division 3 in the College Conference of Illinois and Wisconsin. They compiled a record of 6-14 in the conference and 12-27 overall.

Johnson, an outfielder, started all 39 games and hit four home runs.

His 57 hits, .530 slugging percentage and 10 stolen bases also led the team.
