Iron Mountain’s Connor Pickett tossed a no-hitter across four innings as the Mountaineers defeated Manistique 10-0 Thursday at LiUNA Field.

Pickett threw an immaculate inning in the third, striking out the side on nine pitches. For the game, he struck out six and walked none.

The Mountaineers cracked 12 hits, including three singles by Lane Wender. Gavin Winters laced a double and single and Max White singled twice.

Charles Anderson added a double and Jace Solka, Brayden Kassin, Joey Wahoviak and Pickett all singled.

Wender, Winters and Anderson drove in two runs apiece and Pickett was credited with three stolen bases.
