Jaelyn Kleikamp’s walk-off single drove in the winning run as Niagara rallied for a 7-6 win over Gillett in M&O Conference softball action Thursday.

The host Badgers trailed 6-5 entering the bottom of the seventh.

“We battled through the cold and snowflakes to finish with a win,” said Badgers coach Emily Payette.

Kleikamp and Grace Payette ripped three hits apiece to lead the offense.

Elesia Sweig pitched a complete game, striking out 11. She allowed 10 hits and walked six.

Niagara (4-5, 2-3) also got hits from Paige Guardiola, Shelby Zittlow and India Varda.

The Badgers drew three walks and struck out just once.
