Kendall Burklund and Lila Moraska pitched shutouts as Norway defeated Bark River-Harris in a softball doubleheader Monday at Marion Park.

The Knights won the opener 10-0 in five innings as Burklund allowed a hit, a walk and fanned four.

Norway totaled nine hits, led by Jordyn Moln with a double and two singles. Contributing doubles were Addyson Burklund, Devynn Ross and Kara Stanchina. Adding singles were Kendall Burklund, Lilly Tomlanovich, and Payton Paquette.

Moraska worked four innings in a 15-0 win in the second game. She gave up a hit, walked three and struck out seven.

The Knights mustered four hits while drawing 14 walks. Tomlanovich doubled and Kendall Burklund, Moln and Stanchina singled. Ross scored four times and had four stolen bases.
