Joshua Schiltz, a senior at Norway High School, has signed a National Letter of Intent to play football at the University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh this fall. Schiltz, who plays running back and defensive end, plans to major in medical imaging. “Over the last four years, Josh worked incredibly hard to become a better athlete, football player, and teammate," said coach Chris Berndt.
