Anthony (Tony) Ciochetto, Northern Soccer League senior referee, is the recipient of the Tom Allen Stevens Award, presented by the Soccer Association for Youth. Presented in the name of SAY's founder, Tom Allen Stevens, the award is for meritorious service and significant personal contributions to local SAY programming. For over a decade, Ciochetto has been a cornerstone of the Northern Soccer League. Besides providing referee training and oversight, his influence as a coach has been exceptional.
