Iron Mountain junior Connor Pickett was named Pitcher of the Year and joined two teammates on the Mid-Peninsula Conference first team in baseball awards announced by the conference.

Joey Wahoviak, a junior, and Gavin Winters, a freshman, were the Mountaineers named along with Pickett to the first team.

Iron Mountain senior Max White and junior Lane Wender were second team All-Conference picks. Mountaineers junior Charles Anderson received honorable mention.

Negaunee senior Owen Cardinal earned Mid-Pen Player of the Year, while his manager, Jason Siik, earned Coach of the Year.

Also named to the first team were Negaunee seniors Devin Jurmu, Tristan Slater, Aieden Steel and Morgan Robar, along with junior Evan DellAgnelo. Manistique sophomore Cole Watchorn rounded out the first team.
