Norway captured the MHSAA Division 4 District 99 softball title with wins last week at Marion Park over North Dickinson, 15-3; Carney-Nadeau, 16-0; and Bark River-Harris, 5-4. The Knights (25-13) will face Hancock (17-8) at 2 p.m. Eastern time today in a regional semifinal at Lake Linden-Hubbell Boneyard Softball Field. L'Anse (9-8) plays Superior Central (13-6) in the other Region 25 semifinal. The regional title will be decided at 4 p.m. Here, Myah Gilroy slashes a hit in district action.
