The Gladiators were held to 132 rushing yards and just 4 yards passing.
Noah Starr, Nick Stachowicz and Eli Brzoznowski were among the Trojans' lead tacklers with each of them recording a stack. Clayton Williams and Devin Bennett were credited with two sacks apiece.
Devin Koga collected an interception, and Brzoznowski, Isaac Williams and Jon Giuliani recovered fumbles.
Coach Brian Fabbri's Trojans will host Munising in a conference game Thursday.
Lake Linden-Hubbell, Norway and North Central also opened with conference wins.
